Two Person Flow Drills
Drill #1: Twin Snakes – Vertical hook and Grab. Forearms stay in contact. Switch hands and repeat.

Drill #2: 3 Shooting Stars – Scoop Block to an Outside Block. Press arms together and down. Punches to B’s head, B does a High Block. Press arms down. B punches to A’s Head, A does a High Block. Press arms down and do a Low Block. Repeat other side with A and B switching who punches first.
           
Drill #3: Push Hand – A and B with palms facing each other and wrists touching. A pushes right palm to B’s chest and B circles the hand away from their body in a counter-clockwise motion for right hand and attempts to strike A. (Opposite for left hand.) To change sides B slides other hand in during the circling and A counters with the same.

Two Person Flow Drills
Drill #4: Battling Spears – From the Push Hand position A pops the inside of B’s elbow with their left hand and shoots a right Spear Hand towards B’s neck. B taps A’s hand with their left hand and shoots a right Sear Hand to A’s neck. To change sides B drops elbow into the sternum then executes a shoulder bump and then attacks with the left hand. Repeat.

Drill #5: Tapi-Tapi – A punches to B’s face with right hand. B taps A’s hand with their left palm, then parries (at the forearm) with their right hand, then traps A’s elbow with their left palm and punches with their right hand. A returns the favor. To switch B steps back while tapping A’s punching hand; A steps forward and punches with the other hand. To return A starts the process.

Drill #6: Sunkite Tapi-Tapi – A throws a right hand hooking punch to B’s head. B does a small side step to the right and performs a left hand “reinforced” knife hand block, then pushes A’s arm upward with right hand and traps the elbow with the left hand following with a right hooking punch of their own. A returns the favor. To change sides B “Bobs and Weaves” under A’s hook and A does a hooking punch with the other hand.

Drill #7: Siko Tapi-Tapi – A throws a right cross elbow strike to B’s temple area. B used left hand to “stop” the elbow and then pushes A’s arm upward with right hand and traps the elbow with the left hand following with a right cross elbow strike of their own. A returns the favor. Changing sides is accomplished the same as Tapi-Tapi.

Drill #8: Martilyo Tapi-Tapi - A throws a right downward hammer fist strike to the top of B’s head. B used left hand high block to stop the strike and then pushes A’s arm over with right hand and traps the elbow with the left hand following with a right downward hammer fist strike of their own. A returns the favor. Changing sides is accomplished the same as Tapi-Tapi.

Drill #9:  Capture the Snake – A punches with right hand to B’s stomach. B does a right hand scoop block, left hand comes over and palm heels to forearm just below the elbow and slides to the wrist and grabs. B then executes a right horizontal back fist to A’s ribs, following through to a slap to the left side of A’s head, trace over head to a smack to the forearm area just below the elbow followed by right forearm strike to A’s neck while pulling A’s wrist with the left hand. A stops the forearm strike with a left palm tap and continues with a right palm tap so A can execute a left punch to B’s stomach. Repeat on left side.

Two Person Flow Drills
Drill #10: Spinning Wings – A attempts a right uppercut. B drops left forearm across A’s forearm while doing a finger strike to the V-notch of A’s throat with their right hand. B then chops to the outside of A’s elbow with their right hand and grabs the elbow. Lifting with the right hand and twisting downward with the left you apply a “Chicken Wing” (Hammerlock). A spins to do a left high to the rear elbow strike and B blocks it with their right palm and then push them around and then away. The whole thing then starts over with A attacking with their left hand.

Drill #11: Pinball – A throws a right hooking punch. B blocks it with a left knife hand block while executing an overhand right palm heel strike to A’s head. B grabs A’s right hand with their left as the palm heel strike goes over A’s head and grabs the back of the head/neck area, pulling A’s face into the B’s right shoulder. B then executes a right bicep bump to A’s jaw line/side of head. B grabs A’s head and does a left elbow smash. With the left hand B pulls A’s head back and delivers a head butt to the facemask area and then shoves A back. Repeat other side.

Drill #12: Twisting the Broken Branch - A throws a right hooking punch. B blocks it with a left knife hand block and grabs while executing a right ridge hand (Radial Forearm Strike) to A’s neck. B allows their arm to go up and over A’s head and smack the neural receptors of the forearm just below the elbow. B grabs A’s hand with both hands and swings arm to the “old man carries the pole” position. B then lets go with their left hand and smacks the groin area. B then door hinges out while placing A in a wrist lock that causes A to bend over and B slaps the back of A’s head and shoves. Repeat other side.

Weapons: Double Stick (Adult Only(18+) – Single Knife)
