1.       Lvl 1: Lightening Talons

-          Attacker: Front double upper arm grab

-          Defender: Side step to a cat a stance while simultaneously clearing the opponent’s arms with an outside block.  Follow up with a punch to the ribs.

 

Lvl 2: Collapsing Branch

-          Attacker: side shoulder grab.

-          Defender: trap the opponents hand to your shoulder as you deliver a strike to the bicep. Slide toward the attacker as you place your elbow over theirs, keeping hold of their hand. sink your weight into the armbar.

 

2.       Lvl 1: Front Python

-          Attacker: attempted front python

-          Defender: Step back with the right foot into a forward stance, while executing a cross fist strike to the lower abdomen or groin.  Pivoting the feet, pull the hand back to the right ribs.  Then pivoting the feet back, execute a cross hand strike to the jawline (double stomach 5)

Lvl 2: Rotating Orb

-          Attacker: Front two hand wrist grab

-          Defender: Stepping forward into a left forward stance, use the low cross block to dislodge your opponent’s grip, by causing their left arm to collide with the right.  Pivot the feet and pull the hands back, folding for a high cross strike.  Deliver a high cross strike to the jawline.  Keeping contact with at least one hand, rotate the hands around and under the jaw.  Grab the opponents head and twist it around as you bring it down to meet a rising right knee strike. 

 

3.       Lvl 1: Spinning Hammer

-          Attacker: Against a right cross shoulder grab with an impending punch

-          Defender: Spin toward the left shoulder while executing a right inside block.  This block can be used to deflect an incoming punch, or as a strike to the jaw, if the punch is not in motion.  Continuing the spinning motion, execute a right inside crescent kick to the back of the opponent’s knee, as the opponent drops to his knee, deliver a low hammerfist strike (low block) to the face.

Lvl 2: Spinning Anvil

-          Attacker: Double shoulder grab from the rear

-          Defender: Spinning toward the left shoulder, grab the opponent’s wrist with the left while delivering a forearm strike to the elbow with the right hand.  Execute a right inside crescent kick to the leg.  Brace the attacker’s elbow to your body, creating an armbar as you diever your low hammerfist strike.

 

4.       Lvl 1: Kneeling Cross

-          Attacker: Rising knee strike to the head of a kneeling opponent

-          Defender: Cross block to the points on the inside of the thigh as the opponent deliver’s the knee strike.  Stand up and deliver a vertical back knuckle strike (reinforced outside block) to the attacker’s face

 

Lvl 2: Harvesting the Rice

-          Attacker: Right hand Punch

-          Defender: Use the fold for your backknuckle strike as a parry, then deliver a back knuckle to the opponent’s face as you step into a cross stance.  Grabbing the opponent at the wrist and under the shoulder, pivot the feet into a cat stance with your back to the attacker.  Making sure to get your hips under those of the attacker, use the upward force of the legs to lift the attacker onto your hips.  Continuing in one fluid motion, throw the opponent down in front of you. (Hip throw) 

 

5.       Lvl 1: Twisting Trunk

-          Attacker: right cross hand grab

-          Defender: Pull back into your left cat stance while using your knife hand to clear your opponent’s hand off your wrist.  Pivoting into a twisting stance, deliver a right back knuckle strike to the opponent’s face.  Stepping into a right forward stance, deliver a left palm strike to the groin

 

Lvl 2: Breaking the Peach Branch

-          Attacker: Two hand choke from the rear

-          Defender: ?
